| Document Builder | Planned: shown as Soon and not currently linkable. |
Campaigns have an operational lifecycle
| Tool | Lifecycle |
|---|---|
| Fundraisers | Draft → Running → Closed, with participants, contributions, totals, and printable QR signs. |
| Blood drives | Draft → Running → Closed, with organizers, slots, signup form, public booking, and a day-of roster. |
Reading and management differ
Unit members can generally see active campaigns. Creation and editing depend on the relevant position permission or on being named as the owner or organizer of that specific object.
Draft visibility is narrower so half-built public experiences are not advertised to the whole unit.
Public pages do not require an All Cadets account
Published sites, fundraiser giving pages, blood-drive signups and receipts, and public forms are designed for parents, donors, community partners, and other visitors.
A public link does not open the internal roster. Each tool returns a deliberately limited projection of the data it needs.
